How long does initial distribution take?

If you have opted for our Automatic Distribution services, each platform will immediately begin the review process. The initial distribution processing time for each platform usually differs, and below is an estimate reference point based on our experience:

Automatic Distribution:

Spotify : 2 to 3 working days.

KKBOX : 1 to 2 working days.

Pocket Casts : 1 to 2 working days.


Manual Distribution:

Apple Podcasts : 4 to 7 working days.

Google Podcasts : 6 to 7 working days.

Others: 2 to 3 working days


We will notify you after each successful listing. If you need to arrange the schedule of episodes, you may opt to upload short previews for each episode a week in advance. Subsequent updating of episodes after the initial distribution will no longer need review time.

Precautions:

Repeatedly pasting your RSS into Apple Podcasts Connect will cause the duplication of your podcast. Please do not do this. In the event of duplication, you may choose to "archive" the podcast through Apple Podcasts Connect.

You may have to wait an additional 1 to 2 days before being able to search for your podcast after successful listing on Apple and Google Podcasts.
