No, podcast review only occurs during its initial release. Your old RSS feed will automatically be moved to your new RSS feed. Hence, it is actually the same feed from the directories' perspective.
It is important to note, however, that the platforms need to rediscover your show's URL after redirection. This can sometimes cause your podcast to briefly disappear. Under regular circumstances, your show should reappear within half an hour on Spotify and within a day in Apple Podcasts.
