Should you encounter any problem regarding your podcast on the streaming or listening platforms (e.g. podcast cover not showing, episode not updating, etc.), you may directly contact each platform's customer service. This article gathers customer service contact information of major streaming platforms, which you can always come back to when needed.


Apple Podcasts



You need to be logged in to Apple Podcasts Connect through your podcast in order to use their customer service channel. If you haven't bound your podcast to Apple Podcasts Connect, check out this article.


Once you've logged into the system, you may enter and fill in their customer service form in accordance to the problems encountered.
