Using Chartable and other data analysis tools
If you have the URL prefix for Chartable or Podtrac, you can select "Edit podcast" > "Advanced Info" from your Firstory Studio Dashboard and enter your Podcast Tracking Prefix. Don't forget to click save!
If you want to simultaneously use BOTH Chartable and Podtrac, here is an example for your reference:
Assuming your Chartable ID is: xxxxxx
Note: Please make sure that you have entered the correct format to prevent your podcast from facing playback issues.
