Add cross-platform comment link
As podcasts are often scattered across multiple streaming or listening platforms, it is often difficult for podcasters to gather audience feedback. Through Firstory's cross-platform comment function, listeners are able to send in their comments from the various streaming platforms into Firstory. Creators can easily read, respond, and interact with listeners through our double-layered message function.
Simply press the "Add comment link" button under the "Description" box when uploading an episode. We will automatically generate a button and space for you and your listeners after uploading. You can then view all your audience comments from all listening platforms right from Firstory Studio.
Don't forget to tell your audience to leave a comment on the message board!
