Upload music to Firstory Music Library

We welcome and invite creators to upload their original music compositions to Firstory's Music Library in a "Free, Commercially-available, and Attribution-needed" model in order to help other podcasters find good, suitable music for their podcasts.

This means that when a podcaster utilizes the music you've uploaded and authorized for use, they must credit and indicate the music's title, composer, and other relevant information in their episode's description. As the composer, you may even indicate your social networks in the Link column.

We hope that apart from helping podcasters search for music, musicians and composers can also use this authorization model to let more people hear their works.

Register for a Firstory account (you do not need to publish an episode). If you already have a show on Firstory, you may skip this step and simply sign into your Firstory Studio account.

From Firstory Studio, go to Contents > Music Library > Upload Music Library > Add.

Upload the audio file, fill in the relevant information, and save. (Make sure you've gone through the terms and conditions for authorization!)
